About Love of the Game Auctions
Al Crisafulli launched Love of the Game Auctions in 2012 and held its first sale that October. The legal name is Crisafulli Ventures, LLC, with a mailing address in Kingston, New York. It focuses on vintage baseball cards, memorabilia and special collections.
The house holds several online auctions a year, including spring and fall Premier sales and set-builder sales for lower-priced cards. Each sale opens weeks before it ends. On closing night, extended bidding starts at 9 p.m. Eastern under a 15-minute rule. Invoices go out the Monday after the close.
