About Daniel Frank Sedwick
The business was started in 1981 by Dr. Frank Sedwick, a writer on Spanish colonial cob coins. His son Daniel Frank Sedwick worked with him until 1996 and now leads the firm. It works from a private office in the Winter Park and Maitland area of Florida. It has been a licensed Florida auctioneer since 2007.
The firm holds Treasure, World Coin and Paper Money auctions twice a year, in spring and fall. Each runs several floor sessions with live online bidding, then an online-only Express session. Bidding runs through its own site, iCollector, NumisBids, Sixbid and mobile apps. Office visits and lot viewing are by appointment only.
