The next to close is Sterling Silver & Diamond Necklace and Earring Set in West Hills, CA, at $225 as this page was built. Government sellers in California list what they are done with on a schedule, so the mix changes week to week: a county fleet turnover one week, a school district clearing a warehouse the next.

By city, Tustin ran about $90 (110 sales), West Hills ran about $75 (25 sales), San Diego ran about $55 (24 sales). The buyer's premium, sales tax and pickup are on top of the hammer price, and each sale below links to the listing it came from.

Jewelry & Watches at government auction in California come from the same places they do everywhere: agencies replacing them on a schedule, departments closing or consolidating, and property seized or abandoned and sold by the county. The seller's name is on every listing, the photos show the condition, and most sales are pickup only at the location listed, so the distance to Tustin is part of the price. Our count the buyer’s premium tip applies here as much as anywhere: Auction houses add a percentage to the hammer price, often 20% to 30% at major houses. Check each sale’s terms.
