About Loupe This

Loupe This launched in 2021, started by two watch collectors and dealers. It operates as 5175 LLC, a California company, from one US office. It aims to shorten the time between consignment and sale compared with traditional catalogue houses.

Every watch is vetted, photographed and held by Loupe This before its auction goes live. Auctions run online, often for about seven days, and new lots are added daily. Each listing has a comments section where members discuss the watch. A two-minute rule extends the close whenever a late bid comes in.
