Tranzon

Tranzon is a national group of independently owned regional auction firms that sell real estate and some non-real-estate assets. Listings include commercial property, homes, land and development sites, and premier properties, including bank-ordered, trust and estate sales. Its sales are concentrated in the Mid-Atlantic, with others across many states.

How buying works

• Registration: create a free Tranzon account, then register to bid on a property.
• Formats: auctions run online, live on-site, or both at once; some listings also offer Buy It Now.
• Representation: buyers do not need their own agent to bid or buy. Tranzon's advisors represent the seller.
• Terms: each listing has a Terms tab and names the responsible agent for questions.
