RR Auction
RR Auction is an auction company based in Amherst, New Hampshire. Its departments include autographs and manuscripts, space exploration, presidential and royalty items, military, Hollywood, literature, sports cards and memorabilia, and animation art. It runs both timed and live auctions.
How buying works
- Registering: bidders apply once for a bidder number, online or by phone, fax or mail, and accept the terms and conditions before bidding in each auction.
- Ways to bid: on the website with either a maximum bid raised automatically or a straight bid, by phone, or live. Each raise must be at least 10% of the current bid.
- Buyer's premium: 25% is added to the hammer price on individual lots in timed and live auctions. Estimates exclude the premium and sales tax.
- Payment: due within 13 calendar days of the auction. Cards are accepted for invoices of $2,500 or less, with a 3% fee.
- Shipping: the buyer pays shipping and handling, and purchases from different auctions are not combined.
