RealAuction
RealAuction builds and hosts online auction websites for governments. Founded in 2004, it runs delinquent tax lien and tax certificate sales, foreclosure sales, sheriff sales, land sales and other municipal property auctions, with offices in Plantation, Florida, and Lubbock, Texas.
RealAuction does not run one central marketplace. Each county or town has its own sale site, usually named after the place and the state, such as county tax sale sites for Arizona, Colorado, Maryland and New Jersey and county tax lien sites for Florida. Its product names include RealForeclose and RealTaxLien.
