Kiko Auctioneers
KIKO is a family-owned real estate auction company founded in 1945 and based in Canton, Ohio, with satellite offices around the state. It auctions farms, land, homes, commercial and investment property, and also sells personal property such as estate contents, equipment, vehicles, antiques and business assets. Most of its sales are in Ohio, with some in neighboring Pennsylvania.
How buying works
- Sales are held onsite, onsite with online bidding, or online only.
- To bid in person, register for a bidder number with a driver's license or state ID. When online bidding is offered, the listing links to its own registration page and instructions.
- Real estate bids are binding. The winning bidder signs a purchase agreement with a KIKO agent and pays the required deposit.
- Closings are not contingent on financing, appraisals or inspections, and usually take place 30 to 45 days after the auction.
- Personal property buyers check out and pay with the KIKO clerk.
