Freeman's | Hindman is a U.S. auction house formed in 2024 when Philadelphia's Freeman's, whose history goes back to 1805, merged with Chicago-based Hindman Auctions, itself a 2019 merger of Leslie Hindman Auctioneers and Cowan's Auctions. Its departments cover American and European art, Old Masters, Impressionist and modern art, furniture and decorative arts, folk art, books and manuscripts, historical ephemera, antiquities, design, jewelry and watches.
