Barnebys is a Stockholm-based search site for auction lots from auction houses around the world. It gathers hundreds of thousands of items, including fine art, jewelry, furniture, antiques and collectibles, from both live and timed auctions, and it also lists past auction results.

How buying works

• Lots link to the auction house: most listings send buyers to the selling auction house's own website or bidding page, where registration, bidding and payment take place.
• Auction houses can apply to have their sales listed on Barnebys.
