AuctionTime
AuctionTime hosts online auctions of construction and farm equipment, trucks, trailers, attachments, RVs and boats, along with livestock, hay and real estate. Listings come from many sellers. AuctionTime describes itself as a venue only: it is not a party to the sale and makes no warranties about the equipment.
How buying works
- Registration is free and done in two steps online; a representative then calls to finalize it.
- Bids are final: once live bidding opens, bids cannot be removed. A maximum bid stays hidden, and the system bids the smallest increment needed to keep you in the lead.
- Closing: on Wednesday mornings the Live Auction Board tracks the week's closing lots, and a late bid extends a lot's end time by a few seconds.
- After the sale: the high bidder and the seller receive each other's contact details and arrange payment and pickup between themselves. Buyers can ask the seller about shipping, sales tax and payment before bidding.
